The Nova Arena in Tortona will host the first official 2026/27 Serie A tournament: the LBA Super Cup on September 19th and 20th
The 2026/27 LBA Super Cup will be played at the Nova Arena in Tortona. The official announcement came today from the Lega Basket Assembly, which selected the Tortona facility as the venue for the tournament that will award the first official trophy of the next Serie A season. The two semifinals will be played on Saturday, September 19th, and the title game will be played on Sunday, September 20th.
The satisfaction of Gestione Cittadella, the company that manages the arena, and Derthona Basket, which has its home in the Nova Arena and is one of two teams, out of four participating, already assured of qualification for the competition, along with Olimpia Milano, by virtue of reaching the final of the Italian Cup, are unanimous.
