Defeat for Bertram Derthona at PalaEnergica Paolo Ferraris: Pesaro leads the match from the start, playing with energy and clarity. The team coached by coach Ramondino tries several times to reduce the gap with their opponents, but VL manages to repel every comeback attempt and win.

Complex first quarter for Bertram Derthona, who suffers the attacking precision of her opponents. At the end of the initial ten minutes Pesaro leads 11-22. In the second half the Bianconeri tried to close the gap, but the team coached by Banchi maintained their clarity and widened their margin: at half-time the score was 31-48.

Upon returning from the locker rooms, VL extended their lead further, exceeding the 20-point lead (31-52), before Bertram's attempt to return, which reached -14 (46-60) in the 27th minute. In the final stages of the half, Pesaro scores a new break which makes it 49-68 in the 30th minute. In the last quarter Derthona tries to light up with two triples from Filloy, which reduce the gap, before the visiting team finds three important baskets that put Bertram back (61-77 in the 35th minute). At the buzzer the final score was 70-86.

Thus coach Marco Ramondino at the end of the race: “The match was led by Pesaro from start to finish, we give credit to them for having deserved the victory for the intensity, content and presence they had. We were not very clear and brilliant, we struggled to get things done, there was little energy: it was a mix of aspects that we were missing. The match was decidedly influenced in the first half by our inability to be present in some defensive possessions which cost us 8-10 points in the final seconds of the actions. In the last two games we have little energy to draw on, we can get out of it by trying to do intelligent weekly management, resisting and relying on the character of our players who I'm sure will give us answers.".
