The pre-match of Orsi Derthona – Bcc Agropoli with coach Demis Cavina

48 hours after the match against Agropoli, we take stock with coach Demis Cavina.

Coach, after three victories there is an excellent atmosphere in the Derthona house.
“The results collected during the matches also help during the week, but the aspect I like to underline is the way in which these were achieved. The phase is approaching in which all the teams, also through recourse to the market, concentrate their energies towards the objective, so we know well what we have to do. Our course is set.”

In Rome, as in the last few games, the leonine character of your team was once again decisive.
“The Rome trip further increased the belief that in this new direction for the team, everyone has clear roles and hierarchies. The obligation we have set ourselves is not to look back, thinking exclusively of the match to come. We must be happy for what has been, without being satisfied with what we have achieved so far."

What is your idea on Agropoli?
“Examining the team without considering the latest results, my opinion of the group at Alex Finelli's disposal remains high, especially for the ability to score breaks in one's favor. In this last period things have not gone in the right direction, but the quality of the Americans and the dangerousness of the entire team on the perimeter can make their season turn around at any moment. We remember the first leg well, in which we already tested their qualities."

How did your training week go?
“It was a “positively standard” week, leaving aside the gastrointestinal virus that deprived us of Max Sanna until Thursday. On Sunday, the energy with which we will approach the match will be decisive and, as in the other "aways" to Casale, we will greatly need the warmth of our people, from whom we will ask for yet another sacrifice to stay by our side."
