The Bertram Derthona towards Treviglio. Coach Pansa: “Hold on defense to impose our rhythm”

Bertram Derthona's first away game of the regular season is scheduled for Sunday afternoon, against Remer Treviglio at 18.00 pm in a PalaFacchetti which until now has always been stingy with satisfaction towards the Bianconeri colours. After the encouraging victory against Viola Reggio Calabria, the Lions worked hard to face a decidedly dangerous opponent in the best possible conditions. Coach Lorenzo Pansa, with whom we took stock of the situation 48 hours before the match, is fully aware of this.

Coach, what is the atmosphere like in your team?
“We worked with great intensity, despite some setbacks from a physical point of view, trying to fix what didn't work with Viola Reggio Calabria. We face a team that has confirmed five players from last season and has added two excellent foreigners, one of whom has excellent knowledge of the championship. Since this is a very respectable team, our task will have to be to withstand the impact with their defensive intensity to play at a pace that best suits our characteristics."

Bertram Derthona's playmaker, Marco Spanghero, also spoke. Here are his words: “Treviglio is a particularly difficult field, in which it is always very complicated to bring home the result. We will have to pay attention to the desire to do well of a team that is changing in the championship, concentrating on trying to limit their strengths and impose ours. We arrive at the match confident, after the beautiful and difficult victory on the first day, and aware of what awaits us."
