Bertram Derthona towards Pasta Cellino Cagliari. Coach Lorenzo Pansa: “We will have to play a solid match against their main players”
Everything is ready at the Juventus home for the fourteenth day of the regular season, in which Bertram Derthona will face Pasta Cellino Cagliari tomorrow, Friday 29 December, at 20.30pm at the PalaPirastu in Cagliari.
Coach Lorenzo Pansa wanted to describe the opponents: “We are playing against a team that is playing a great championship and, especially within friendly walls, has only one defeat under its belt. The young average age is compensated by the large talention and physical presence. This is a team that loves to play in an open field and with high numbers of possessions; it is the third best attack in the championship and defensively it knows how to both put in great energy and harness its opponents from a tactical point of view. We will have to play a solid game against their main offensive players and prevent them from getting too excited with their way of playing basketball."
The Juventus coach then focused attention on Pasta Cellino's main weapons: “Keene and Rullo are the main offensive players. They are two players who know how to create from the dribble for themselves and their teammates, they have quality and athleticism which, with the long package made up of Stephens, Allegretti, Ebeling and Matrone, and large wingers like Bucarelli and Rovatti, and Turel coming out of the bench, they know how to create great offensive danger."
