Grant Basile and Niccolò Filoni called up to the 'Green Team'
A group of young players, with the aim of looking to the future from a senior national perspective: this is the objective of 'Green Team', who will wear special tank tops echo and who will train under the guidance of Edoardo Casalone, assistant coach of the senior national team, and under the watchful eye of the entire Italbasket technical staff.
Grant Basile e Niccolo Filoni have been selected to be part of the working group that will meet at the 'Giulio Onesti' Olympic Preparation Center in Rome starting from Wednesday 28 June. The Azzurri will then move to Spain, to Torrejon de Ardoz, from 2 July: on Iberian soil they will challenge the Spanish selection twice (3 and 4 July) green. The two projects are united by the desire to look to the future with players who will then be able to return to the senior national team in the years to come.
The gathering will end on July 5th with the return to Italy of Green Team.
