Great success in Tortona for the 1st edition of the International Camp dedicated to children between 9 and 18 years old
In the week by 24 28 to June took place in Tortona, organized by Derthona Basketball e Always Basketball, 1st International Camp di High Specialization dedicated to athletes aged 9 to 18.
Under the orders of seven different coaches of seven different nationalities (all with high-level international experience) they trained more than so much boys and girls from all over the province of Alessandria and Pavia, assisted by our instructors Paolo De Ros, Vanni Talpo, Clara D'Amico, Dario Gay and Massimiliano Villani. The latter, instructor of Olympia Voghera, coordinated the young prospects of the Lombard club, who came in large numbers to Piedmont to underline the now consolidated partnerships between the Voghera club and Derthona Basket.
They were five intense days of work and satisfaction for all the campers and managers present at the two gyms Palazzetto Uccio Camagna and the outdoor field of Corso Garibaldi. Once the purely technical part was finished at 13pm, the little ones continued their day at the school Dellepiane swimming pool and concluded the various days with the classic summer tournaments always at the C.so Garibaldi field until 18 pm.

“The hope is obviously to be able to repeat everything next season, integrating further weeks, given the extraordinary positivity of the response from children and parents”.
