The students of the high schools of Voghera and Tortona and Bertram Derthona together for the little ones: on Sunday 23rd at PalaOltrepò the Teddy Bear Toss
It will be an anti-Christmas Eve event with strong charitable hues that Bertram Derthona has organized in collaboration with Olympia Voghera and with the secondary schools of Tortona and Voghera. On the occasion of the match between the Lions and Benfapp Capo d'Orlando, scheduled at the PalaOltrepò in Voghera on Sunday 23 December at 18.00 pm, the Juventus club will propose a Teddy Bear Toss in favor of the pediatric departments of the Voghera hospital. The absolute protagonists will be the high school students, invited to attend the match for free and to participate with their stuffed animals in the collection to brighten the holidays for the less fortunate.
WHAT IS THAT'?
The Teddy Bear Toss is an American initiative dedicated to children. At the first basket of the match, regardless of the team that scores it, the stuffed animals will be launched onto the playing field. Once collected and selected, the teddy bears will then be delivered by the Bertram Derthona first team players directly to the children hospitalized in the Voghera pediatric department.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Participating is extremely fun. Spectators will be able to bring their own soft toys from home, or purchase them at a free-will distribution point - the proceeds will be donated to the hospital departments themselves - which will be set up at the entrance to the PalaOltrepo' starting from 16.30pm on Sunday 23 December.
Bertram Derthona wishes to thank the FIP Competitive Sector for the active collaboration shown in the organization of the initiative; the Municipality of Tortona and the Municipality of Voghera for their support and support; the Headmasters of high schools for the coordination and distribution of tickets and initiatives for all students.
We look forward to seeing you at PalaOltrepò!
