After a year in the Under 20 team of Climamio Bologna and two more seasons at Virtus Siena (2005-2007), Amoni moved to Sati Trading Modena which played in B2007 in 2008/1. The 2010/2011 season was positive and, in addition to the playoff semi-final, brought with it the first call-ups to the Under20 national team: everything seemed ready for a call-up to the European Championships in the category (Bilbao 2011), but a serious injury to the ligaments of the right knee prevented it. the climb. After surgery and more than eight months out of action, Giacomo returns to the field, and after four months of good work the call for the European Championships becomes reality (Slovenia 2012).
