Ramondino's assistants: Rabbolini alongside Di Matteo and Talpo
The 2023/24 version of Bertram Derthona is increasingly taking shape, completing the staff of assistant coaches alongside coach Marco Ramondino.
Gianmarco Di Matteo e Vanni Talpo are preparing to start a new season in black and white, while Edoardo Rabbolini he joins the technical staff as third assistant.
Arrived in Tortona in summer 2019, Matteo's he is now in his fifth season with the Club. He contributed to the victory of the LNP Old Wild West Super Cup in 2019, the promotion to Serie A in 2021 and the prestigious results obtained by Derthona Basket in the two years of Serie A.
Mole he joined the first team staff in 2017/18 and now begins his seventh season as assistant coach. He won the A2 Italian Cup in 2018 and the LNP Old Wild West Super Cup in 2019. He was part of the technical staff that won promotion to Serie A in 2021 and achieved two Scudetto semi-finals and an Italian Cup final in the top flight.
The new face in the technical staff is Edoardo Rabbolini. Born in Domodossola in 1991, he began his career in the youth sector of Olimpia Milano, with which he won ten national finals as assistant coach, winning the Under 14 Scudetto in 2014.
After completing his experience in Milan, from 2018 to 2021 he was assistant to Marcello Ghizzinardi, with whom he won the Serie B Italian Cup in 2019, Giorgio Salvemini and Marco Andreazza in Omegna.
He then moved to Capo d'Orlando (A2), first on the staff of Marco Cardani and then of David Sussi. In 2022/23, Edoardo was assistant coach at San Severo, again in Serie A2. Now he arrives at Bertram Derthona to complete coach Ramondino's technical staff and start a new chapter in his career.
