Born in Sisak (Croatia) on 26 February 1990, Radošević completed his youth career with the Cibona Zagreb jersey, a team with which he made his first team debut in 2009. He won the Croatian title in 2010 and the following year, in his second year in the Euroleague, he averaged 12.9 points and 6.3 rebounds in the competition.

After completing the two-year period in Italy, Leon moved to Germany, to Alba Berlin, a team with which he played in the following two seasons both in the championship, in the EuroCup (in 2013/14) and in the EuroLeague (in 2014/15). In 2014/15 he won the German Super Cup.

He begins 2015/16 in Turkey, at Besiktas, before signing in November with Bamberg, Germany. He remained at Brose for three consecutive seasons, also obtaining German citizenship in 2017 and contributing to the national title victory in 2016 and 2017.

At the end of this experience, Radošević moved to Bayern Munich, a team with which he played in the championship and the EuroLeague for the last four years, winning two Scudetti and two German Cups.

With the Croatian national team he won the bronze medal at the Under 18 European Championships in 2008 and at the Under 19 World Championships in 2009. Now he arrives at Bertram Derthona to start a new chapter in his career.
