A naturalized Italian, Klaudio Ndoja discovered his passion for basketball at a very young age, growing up first in the youth teams of Scutari Basket, under the guidance of coach Korab Llanzani, then of Vllaznia Scutari.

In 1998 the decision to leave Albania was a context in which daily life had become dangerous. He finds stability with his family unit in Lombardy, where he finds the opportunity to develop his talent thanks to sport. After a start in the Csi championship, he moved to Aurora Desio in 2002/2003, to Casalpusterlengo between 2003 and 2005, to Sant'Antimo the following year and to Borgomanero in 2006/2007.

At the end of this season, he was signed by Pierrel Capo d'Orlando, in Serie A. One season, the first in the top flight, with 11 minutes and 3.7 points on average per game, then the move to Scafati, where in the 2008/2009 season he played in the then Legadue, reaching the playoffs.
He confirmed himself as a specialist in the category in the following years, first atAurora Basketball Jesi (2009/2010), then to Basketball Club Ferrara (2010/2011), then taking part, as captain, in Brindisi's historic promotion to Serie A in 2011/2012, won in the playoff final against Pistoia, in a year that also led the Apulian club to the conquest of the Italian Cup in Legadue.

In 2012/2013 he thus returned to the top flight, where withEnel Brindisi he averages 17.5 minutes and 6.5 points per game, achieving a quiet safety and important percentages in three-point shooting (36 out of 79, with 45.6%). In 2013/2014 it is still Serie A with the Vanoli Cremona: another worry-free salvation with a run of 23.5 minutes, 5.5 points and 4.7 rebounds per game. In the 2014/2015 season he chooses a leading A2 Gold with the Tezenis Verona, and was rewarded with a season of 11.1 points, 5.6 rebounds, 1.5 assists per game, winning the Italian Cup in the category with the new shirt.

In the 2015/2016 season he wore the T-shirt Mantua dynamics in the Serie A2 East championship: 32 minutes, 12.6 points, 5.3 rebounds and 1.8 assists averages/game. In the summer of 2016 he was hired by Virtus Bologna where he will spend two years.
The first season – 2016/2017 – was the return to Serie A for the black Vs.
Promotion of which Ndoja was one of the main architects: 10.5 points, 5.07 rebounds and 52% three-point shooting, these are some of the statistics of a post season as an absolute protagonist. In the 2017/2018 season he returned to Serie A, came close to making the playoffs with Virtus - of which he also held the role of captain - and closed the regular season with 5.2 points, 2.2 rebounds, shooting 57.6% from two and 37.7% from three.
In the summer of 2012 he was called up by Albanian senior national team and participated in the qualifiers for theEuropean basketball championship of 2013.
