In his career he boasts over 500 professional matches and a long militancy in Italy, which lasted seven years and began in Cantù where he remained from 2008 to 2010: in 2009/10 he reached the championship semi-final (with a 3-0 elimination at the hands of Siena ). After two years in Lombardy, Lydeka moved to Pesaro, where she played from 2010 to 2012: in the second year with the Marche team she reached the playoff semi-final in the Italian Cup and in the championship (where she was eliminated 3-1 by Olimpia Milano). Lydeka then returned to Pesaro in the 2015/16 season, while the following year he played for Dinamo Sassari, reaching the final of the Italian Cup (lost against Milan). In 2017/18, after starting the season in France in Limoges, he concluded the year in Brindisi, where he recorded the best scoring average of his Italian career (12.1), as well as grabbing 7.1 rebounds per game.

The other stages of his career saw him leave his homeland, Lithuania, where he played with LKKA Rustenda Kaunas, before moving to Ukraine, to BC Dnipro, where he remained from 2005 to 2007. He began the following season, 2007/08 in Holland, at Hanzevast Capitals Groningen, before moving to Olympias Patras, in Greece, and then to KK Igokea, in Bosnia, where he showed off with good performances which earned him the call from Cantù. After the four years spent between the Lombard team and Pesaro he moved to Russia, to Samara, before returning to Lithuania, to Lietuvos Rytas and Lietkabelis. The last foreign stops of his career are Sopot (Poland, in 204/15) and San Lorenzo (in Argentina, in 2015/16) and Limoges (France, 2017/18).

After starting 2018/19 in Germany, he now moves to Bertram Derthona.
