STATEMENTS
The president of the Derthona Basketball Lab, Claudio Coffano: “We are very happy to have Enrico on the team. His arrival goes with a view to improving the quality of the youth sector staff, allowing us to offer our members a technical guide capable of making them grow both sportingly and humanly, since we must never forget that we are still talking about kids. We are sure that the great experience already gained, together with the relationship with Ansaloni, can provide that further leap that will allow us to be competitive with other historically strong clubs in the youth field, to increasingly reduce the gap that separates us from the 2-3 teams that represent the maximum at a national level. This will also allow us to be more attractive to youth prospects who could have space in our Serie A in the future".
Enrico Rocco: “Derthona is a club with which we have often come into contact in previous years and now the partnership has finally come to fruition. I am happy to arrive in Tortona, at this moment, I perceive that there is a desire to build an important structure, which goes from the first team to the youth sector and the women's team. A desire for growth not only in the organizational structure but also in the infrastructure, given the Cittadella dello Sport project. Happy to join this organization, I hope to bring my know-how to continue the growth of the club. Goals? Doing a good job, which consists above all in building players for the first team. The hope is that the interaction with the Serie A staff, together with that with Ansaloni, can achieve the goal."
