Derthona Basket at the Sport Leaders Forum in Milan
The "Business Models for the sports Industry" took place yesterday at the Banco BPM headquarters in Milan. For Derthona basketball, General Manager Ferencz Bartocci was present, who spoke to briefly explain the "Cittadella dello Sport" project of the Gavio Group, the title sponsor of the club for years with the Bertram Yachts brand. “A really interesting experience – comments the Juventus manager – which allowed us to listen to international experiences on club management: speeches among others from the managers of Levante UD, La Liga, Leed United and ASM Global on the management of facilities in Stockholm. We then explored topics such as innovation and start-ups, crowdfunding with the experience of Pordenone Calcio and the future scenarios of media platforms".
The objective of Mimmo Mazzella, editor of Sport Leader, closed the afternoon of work: to question the managers of the main Italian leagues, sports clubs and advisors on the possibility of building an Italian model. And in this context, the Gavio Group project was also discussed, the experience of the Pesaro arena and how the Lega Basket is supporting clubs in the creation of facilities that no longer aim at the minimum number of spectators but at the quality of the offered services.
