Confirmations and news in the medical staff
Bertram Derthona's 2022/23 season is in full swing: after the pre-season, the Lions are now preparing to face the official commitments of the season.
Both the technical staff and the medical staff of the Club act alongside the players on a daily basis, and can count on numerous confirmations compared to 2021/22. The Dr. Alessandro Soldini was confirmed in the role of orthopedist, as was Prof. Giuseppe D'Antona as a social doctor. To complete the Club's reference team, Dr Pia Camagna, alongside the Lions for many years.
Among the other professionals used by Bertram Derthona, we find the osteopath Emanuele Scarabelli and physiotherapists Lorenzo Benedetti e Alberto Turini. To complete the staff, the nutritionist Shilla Thompson.
New professionalism in the world of women (Autosped Castelnuovo Scrivia) and youth: the A2 Series will be followed by Pietro Zuccarelli, who joined the staff this year as a physiotherapist. Identical role for Samuele Sangiorgi, who will instead take care of the management of the young Lions.
To best follow all the youth athletes, the Company has entered into an agreement with theOrthopedics of the SS Antonio and Margherita Hospital in Tortona, directed by Dr. Giancarlo Bonzanini and with the Dr. Paolo Gentili to direct the Sports Traumatology Clinic.
Further new professionalism for a Club that wants to continue to grow on a structural and organizational level also this season.
