Congratulations to Staff, Welfare Champion 2020
A very prestigious recognition for Staff SpA – Employment Agency, faithful and passionate partner of Bertram Yachts Derthona for years, which received the award Welfare Champion 2020 in a ceremony that took place in Rome in the presence of the Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte and the Undersecretary for Labor and Social Policies Stanislao Di Piazza. Gianfranco Malavasi, President of the company, collected it in the Roman setting.
Now in its fifth edition, the initiative Welfare Index PMI is promoted by Generali Italia, participated by all the trade associations and sponsored by the Presidency of the Council of Ministers. For the second consecutive year, Staff SpA received this prestigious award, thus confirming the quality of the welfare model adopted as part of a human resources management system which is aimed at promoting well-being, motivation, work-family conciliation as conditions of business efficiency.
In such a complex year due to the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic, the recognition received by Staff SpA enhances the work of a company that has guaranteed workers the correct and effective responses to maintain the balance between work and private life.
