Derthona Basket's season ticket campaign for the 2026-27 season began on Thursday, July 16, at the Nova Arena in the Cittadella dello Sport in Tortona. This season will see the black and white team, coached by Mario Fioretti, compete in both Serie A and the BKT EuroCup.
"Every Voice Counts" is the underlying theme of the campaign, which focuses on the fans, who become the protagonists of the season. The sense of belonging and the importance of their presence in the stands represent a "sixth man" push to support the Club's dual ambitions at the national and European levels. The latter is the stage where Derthona returns to compete after a year's hiatus, in the prestigious and renewed setting of the second-largest competition organized by Euroleague Basketball.

From July 16th to 31st. This will be the pre-emption period reserved for season ticket holders for the 2025-26 season, who will have fifteen days to confirm their seat, change it, or add others to their cart. Pre-emption can be done online at derthonabasket.vivaticket.it, taking advantage of the discounted pre-emption rates. By logging into your Vivaticket account, you will need the TLite pre-emption code found on last season's season ticket to complete the transaction. Once the purchase is complete, it will not be possible to make changes, change seats, or take advantage of discounts or reductions. By exercising your pre-emption right online, you can purchase the "Ogni Voce Conta" season ticket. There are no commissions for purchasing online, thanks to the partnership between Derthona Basket and Vivaticket.
Season tickets can be purchased online, with the assistance of the Club staff, or at the Cittadella ticket office. Online is cheaper, and the staff will teach you how to buy independently.

From August 1st to September 5th, both subscriptions will be available online at the discounted pre-emption price. Online will be the only way to purchase subscriptions during this campaign period.
Starting Monday, September 7, the season ticket campaign will continue with general sale, online at the discounted pre-emption price, or by visiting the Cittadella ticket office.
Starting with the 2026/27 season, in compliance with current regulations regarding safety and the fight against secondary ticketing (Law 145/2018, the so-called Battelli Law), all tickets must be nominative and associated with an identifiable participant. For this reason, identification with a valid ID is required during purchase. Each ticket and season ticket must always include the name, surname, date and place of birth, residential address, and tax code of the actual user.
The purchaser guarantees the accuracy of the personal information entered, which must always match the information on the ticket holder's ID. Any discrepancies will result in denied access.
In compliance with new safety regulations, the 2026-27 season will also introduce the dematerialization of ticket purchases, anticipating the mandatory fully digital ticketing planned for the 2027-28 season. Season tickets are now 100% digital: no more lost, worn, or forgotten tickets. Season tickets will always be with the season ticket holder, either as a PDF or directly in their smartphone wallet.
Valid only at the venue ticket office, they are reserved for fans under 18 and fans over 65.
