Bertram Derthona on tour in western Liguria: training tomorrow in Loano for the Open project
Another opportunity for growth, sharing, and great enthusiasm for everyone. After their first experience in mid-September at the Serravalle Scrivia gym, Bertram Derthona Tortona is repeating their traveling training experience. On Friday, November 28th, the team coached by Mario Fioretti, currently ranked fourth in Serie A, will travel to Loano (SV) to play as guests of Basket Loano "E. Garassini," one of the clubs affiliated with "Open," the Juventus club's "Open" project. For years, Derthona Basket has been involved in promoting a program of technical development and management for approximately fifty affiliated clubs, spread across five regions: Piedmont, Liguria, Valle d'Aosta, Lombardy, and Emilia-Romagna, under the coordination of Juventus manager Paolo De Ros.
Gorham and his teammates' practice, open to the public, is scheduled for 5:00 p.m. at the "E. Garassini" Sports Hall on Via Giacomo Matteotti in the coastal town. In addition to the home team's youth teams, the stands will also feature players from several other clubs from western Liguria. At the end of the practice, there will be opportunities for photos and autographs with the players, and Coach Fioretti will be available to answer questions.
