Bertram Derthona – Stings Mantova for the 2nd Memorial Matteo Bertolazzi
After the important victory in the sixth pre-season friendly against Agribertocchi Orzinuovi, the Lions returned to work to best face an (old) acquaintance from last season's playoffs, the Mantova Stings. The Lombards will in fact be the first rivals in the 2nd Memorial Matteo Bertolazzi, a tournament that will be played between Saturday and Sunday in Parma, the hometown of the late former Casalpusterlengo, Pistoia and Omegna player. The two teams will meet at 18.00 pm in the first of the two semi-finals; at 20.30 pm it will be the turn of former Giampaolo Ricci's Vanoli Cremona against Agribertocchi Orzinuovi. Finals the following day, first for third place (17.30pm) and then for the victory (two-ball at 20.00pm).
