'Basketball and more': information on the summer camp on board the Costa Toscana
The prestigious partnership with Costa Cruises, taken at the beginning of 2023, is enriched with an important new chapter: 'Basketball and more', the summer camp that runs from June 30th to 7 July will allow many boys and girls and their families to live a unique experience, which combines basketball with an unforgettable holiday on one of the most beautiful and innovative Italian cruise ships in the world.
A board Costa Toscana, the new flagship of the Costa Crociere fleet, participants will spend a week sailing in the Mediterranean: from Genoa, passing through Marseille, Barcelona, Cagliari, Naples and Civitavecchia, there will be plenty of time to visit some of the most beautiful cities in Italy and 'Europe. To enrich the proposal, launched in collaboration between Bertram Derthona, Autosped Castelnuovo and Costa Crociere, the presence on board of Richard Tavernelli, captain of the Lions, as testimonial of the first edition of this camp.
During the various stages of the cruise, the technical staff of the sports clubs will organize on-site training sessions on land, with the aim of making the kids experience truly unforgettable days.
Field 'Basketball and more' it is open to all children up to the age of 18 and includes, in addition to training, a series of educational activities, games and lots of fun on board the Costa Toscana and on the ship's multipurpose field.
To make this summer camp even more interesting, the cost per participant starts from 750 euros for kids and 650 euros for each family member who wants to accompany them in this 360-degree experience. The cost includes the possibility of using the various services on the ship.
