“Let's train to train” is a project created by Pino Sacripanti
Yesterday evening, with friends from the STAFF SpA employment agency, at the Ridotto of the Teatro Civico, we carried out a "good training", led by two great coaches, Enrica Quaglio, HR Manager, coaching and team coaching expert and Pino Sacripanti, Head Coach Scandone – Avellino Basket.
“Let's train to coach” is a project that was born from a gem by Pino Sacripanti, “stolen” by Enrica Quaglio from an interview given during the preseason in which, after having changed eight tenths of the team: “I feel satisfaction when I see that my players are able to repeat what we feel in training. We are in the middle of a good process of trust towards the coach and among the players themselves, and being a totally new group I am also training to coach them.”. Hence the idea of developing a parallel between the world of sport and the world of work which fascinated the guests and partners of the Club, for a meeting that proved to be extremely interesting.
