The appeal against the disqualification of PalaOltrepò was accepted
ʺThe Sports Court of Appeal, in partial acceptance of the complaint against the disqualification of the playing field for a match, imposes a fine of €300,00 on the Pol. Derthona Basket company (art. 27,4b RG)”.
The company was represented today in Rome, at the offices of the Italian Basketball Federation, by the member of the Board of Directors Alessandro Pirulli, by the General Director Ferencz Bartocci and by the defense lawyer Giovanni Allegro.
The Club expresses its satisfaction with the decision and will decisively continue the path undertaken in recent years aimed at transmitting and spreading a correct sporting culture based on respect for referees, pitch officials and coaches, players and fans of opposing teams.
