The home match against Verona begins. Derthona's LBA Serie A schedule has been revealed. SisalClub has announced the 26/27 schedule.
Bertram Derthona Tortona will make their debut in the 26/27 LBA Serie A SisalClub championship at home against Tezenis Verona. The first official match of the new season is scheduled for September 27th at the Nova Arena, and the regular season will conclude against the newly promoted team on May 9th. Their first away match will be the following week, against new Roman team BC Roma SPQR. These are the first two regular-season fixtures for coach Mario Fioretti's team.
Today, Monday, August 3, the LBA officially announced the 2026/27 regular season schedule. As in the previous season, there will be 16 teams in the top division and 30 matchdays in total, with an asymmetrical schedule between the first and second rounds. The season is scheduled to begin on the weekend of September 26-27. Match dates and times are subject to change and will be definitively announced at a later date.
There are two rounds of matches between now and Christmas: on Sunday, December 20th, Bertram Derthona will play at home against Longobardi Scafati Basket, and on December 27th, they will visit Virtus Bologna. The first half of the season will conclude on January 10th on the hardwood in Varese.
It is worth noting the FIBA breaks for the national teams, two this season, with the championship stopping on the weekends of November 29, 2026, and February 28, 2027. The Coppa Italia Final Eight, scheduled for the Inalpi Arena in Turin for the fifth consecutive year, will be played from February 17 to 21, while the playoff dates will be made official based on the progress of Italian teams in European club competitions.
