Autosped BCC Derthona continues its growth and build toward the championship. In the pre-season matchup for their Opening Day match, they played a solid and solid game on both ends of the pitch against Geas Sesto San Giovanni. Compared to the game played in Tortona ten days ago, the team is without Osazuwa, but has Roumy back and Scott added to the roster. Coached by Cutugno, who is resting Toffolo and Arado as a precaution, the team will return to the field for their final preseason match on Saturday, September 27th, at 5:00 PM at the Cittadella dello Sport, facing Livorno.
The first quarter was marked by intense play and fierce competition: Geas led for long stretches and closed the period with a 17-13 lead. After returning from the locker rooms, BCC produced another burst of momentum, widening the gap beyond double digits, before Geas closed the quarter by closing the gap to just one possession (47-50). In the final quarter, Autosped further expanded its rotations, finding answers from all its players, maintaining its lead and winning 61-66.
