Coach Galli's corner – GeVi Napoli
New home match of the Bertram Derthona season, awaiting the match at the GeVi Naples scheduled Sunday, November 27 16.00 hours at the PalaEnergica Paolo Ferraris in Casale Monferrato. Presenting the characteristics of the Bianconeri's next opponents was, as usual, the assistant coach Massimo Galli:
“We're back playing at home after more than three weeks; we want to make up for the two defeats suffered away from home. We face Napoli, which is a team with very athletic and physical players in all roles, starting with the point guards. Michineau and Howard who come from France, completing the role is Uglietti, among the protagonists of the promotion to Serie A and reconfirmed after last year's good season.
Alongside them is a scorer like Robert Johnson, already seen in Italy in Cantù: he is a creative player who manages to put defenses in difficulty with impromptu solutions. Elijah Stewart takes the field as '3', an athlete who has been among Napoli's protagonists at the start of the championship.
As power forwards they field Zanotti, who I know very well having coached him in Pesaro, and the new arrival Davis, who already showed the skills he possesses on his debut. The starting center is Jacorey Williams, seen in Trento: left-footed, very athletic and able to run the field well. The replacement is Zerini, a solid player with a good three-point shot."
